Typically, orders which are placed during the working week (Monday through to Friday) are fulfilled within 1-3 business days.

Once payment has been completed and the order has been shipped (Generally 1-5 Business Days after purchase), you will receive a tracking number in your fulfilment email. That way you can track how long until your slippers are keeping your toes nice and cosy! 

We're hoping you don't ever have to return your Cosy wear, but in the event that you do, please refer to our Refund Policy.
